An introduction
Dear So and So,
I’ve started this blog and am both scared and excited about what it all could mean. My friend urged me to find an outlet for my musings, so here I go. I think I’m going to primarily focus on my pursuit of love in a loveless city (sigh), Los Angeles. Why is it so hard for a twentysomething to get a little lovin in this crazy town? You’re probably thinking I have bad acne, only eat Jack in the Box and ruminate on my couch all day watching reruns of the Hills. Not true. Not true at all my friends.
First off, I’m not an actress (no offense to all you serious thespians). I pretty much exclusively wear plaid shirts and tight skinny jeans. I like to read the news and go on food adventures in the San Gabriel Valley or small hole in the wall places in the LA area. I have a dog named Zig. I occasionally give in to my weakness for tall boots and sale Louboutins. My favorite color is green. I’m always on the look out for the perfect vodka martini, extra olives but my true love is a Whiskey on the rocks with a splash of soda. I like hiking and writing and reading in my spare time. Hey, I sound pretty normal…no?
Anyways, I hope you get something out of my pursuit of love. At the very least maybe you could read or see something cool here and it might make you think.
Plus, the truth is, my stories are just too unbelievable not to be shared. Glad we have become acquainted.
